Why Do All the Bike Lanes End in Fernwood?

THE ACTUAL SITUATION
The first protected lane opened on Pandora in 2017, took out 34 parking spots, and the rest have gone in one street at a time since. Nine years later the paint still quits at the edge of Fernwood and picks up again somewhere else.
