Shipping & Refunds

What it costs

• Stickers are $6 CAD each.
• Shipping is a flat $2 CAD within Canada, added at checkout.
• So a single sticker comes to $8 CAD delivered. Prices and shipping are shown before you pay.

Where we ship

Canada. If you are outside Canada and want one, get in touch through the contact form before ordering so we can sort out postage.

How long it takes

These are mailed by a person, not a warehouse. Expect your sticker to go out within about a week of ordering, plus Canada Post transit time. If it has been three weeks and nothing has arrived, contact us and we will send another.

Lost or damaged

If your sticker arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will replace it at no cost. You do not need to send anything back.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund it. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually take a few business days to appear.

Cancelling

If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it in full. Get in touch as soon as you can.

The stickers themselves

Weatherproof die-cut vinyl. Sizes are listed on each product page and vary by design. They are designed in Victoria, British Columbia.
