Humboldt Street still exists on the map and still receives mail. Whether it can be driven end to end is a separate question, and the Club is asking it politely.

THE ACTUAL SITUATION
Downtown blocks keep losing their through route. On Vancouver Street a plaza now sits in the middle of the roadway, so cars stop at it, and Humboldt has been rearranged enough that the way through is no longer obvious from the driver's seat.
